WHEREAS Waston Njagi Mwirichia (ID/3438649), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0486 and 2.268 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Mere South/Maara, registered under title Nos. Mwimbi/Nlurugi/2812 and 4747, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that ?and title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
