WHEREAS Teresiah Wambui Muchai, of P.O. Box 286, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.121 hectare or thereabou No. ts, registered in the Nairobi Land Registry as title Dagoretti/Mutuini/983, situate in Nairobi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
