REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Khatra Mohamed Adan and (2) Farhiya Mchamud Farah, both of P.O. Box 9964-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 6010/I/MN, containing 0.1624 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 23931/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
