ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 6 and 7, the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle No. KAX 789 L, to collect the abandoned vehicle which is at Machakos Auto Garage yard in Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with cost of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or by private treaty, and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the accrued charges without any farther reference to the owner.
