REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Aoko Oloo, of P.O. Box 328–40405, Sare in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as North Sakwa/Kamasoga/418, situate in the district of Migori, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
