PURSUANT to instructions from our client, Kaku's Service Centre Lusaka Road, P.O. Box 17539-00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya. NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner(s) of motor vehicle: Toyota Fielder, KBQ 236S, lying uncollected at the premises of Kaku's Service Centre, Lusaka Road, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the said motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment to Kaku's Service Centre, storage charges and any other incidental cost including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be disposed by the way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice or reference to the owner(s).
