REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Annah Beatrice Nyakoa (ID/1318322) and (2) Joseph Ben Mwangi (ID/4859670), both of P.O. Box 8089, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0462 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 83/1900, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
