NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly that pursuant to Standing Order No. 32 of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing Orders, I have appointed Tuesday, 13th and Wednesday, 14th December, 2022, as days for special sittings of the Bungoma County Assembly. The special sittings shall be held in the Bungoma County Assembly Chambers, Assembly Building, Bungoma, between 9.30 a.m. —1.00 p.m (Morning sitting) and 2.30 p.m. — 6.30 p.m. (Afternoon sitting). The Business to be transacted at the Special Sittings shall be the consideration of: Tuesday Morning Sitting (9.30 a.m. — 1.00 p.m.) (a) Tabling of the Report by Budget and Appropriations Committee on the 1st Supplementary Budget Estimates FY 2022/2023 (b) Notice of Motion on a Report by Budget and Appropriations Committee on the 1st Supplementary Budget Estimates FY 2022/2023 Tuesday Afternoon Sitting (2.30 p.m. — 6.00 p.m.) (a) Motion on a Report by Budget and Appropriations Committee on the 1st Supplementary Budget Estimates FY 2022/2023 Wednesday Morning Sitting (9.30 a.m. — 1.00 p.m) (a) Second Reading of the 1st Supplementary Appropriation Bill, (b) Committee on Supply Wednesday Afternoon Sitting (2.30 p.m — 6.00 p.m) (a) Third Reading of the 1st Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2022 In accordance with Standing Order 32 (4), (5) of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during the special sitting, following which the County Assembly shall stand adjourned.
