REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kuria Mbuthia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 1/175, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Thika in succession cause No. 147 of 2017 directing the name Daniel Kuria Mbuthia (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Grace Ruguru Mbuthia and (2) Mary Wanjiru Mbuthia, and whereas the said certificate of lease issued earlier to Daniel Kuria Mbuthia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Kuria Mbuthia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
