IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph I (a) of the Schedule to the Physical Planners Registration Act, 1996, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development appoints— AUGUSTINE KHAEMBA MASINDE to be the Chairperson of the Physical Planners Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st October, 2022.
