TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E126 OF 2022 By (1) Maurice Onyango Okunya and (2) Jim Otieno Okunya, both of P.O. Box 180, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okunya Otieno alias Okonya Otieno, who died on 25th October, 2000. CAUSE No. E127 OF 2022 By George Odhiambo Uyoma, of P.O. Box 123, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okomo Kiboka alias Okombo Kiboko, who died on 28th May, 2017. CAUSE No. E128 OF 2022 By Okomo Akwiry Charles, the deceased's son, of P.O. Box 123, Mbita in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ocholla Kaunda alias Ochola Kaundo, who died on 16th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
