TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E32 OF 2022 By (I) John Njuguna Njoroge and (2) Simon Ngige Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Njoroge Kimani, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 28th August, 2006. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2022 By Sikoyo ole Sankau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sangau ole Kirringol alias Sankau Kirrinkol, late of Loitokitok, who died at AIDVC Mbirikani, on 8th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
