E40 OF 2022 By (1) Omani Mwamburi Mambo and (2) Juma Mwakanyanga Kichocho, the deceased's son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mambo Mwamburi, who died at Mwatate, on 26th October, 2015. CAUSE No. E42 OF 2022 By Evans David Mtwanguo, of P.O. Box 1135-80304, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Mwamburi alias Magreta Wanjala Mwamburi, who died at Shigaro Sub-location, on 3Ist December, 1996. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2022 By Cecilia Kulola Mwadeghu, of P.O. Box 130, Mgange in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwadeghu Maganga, who died at Mgange, Dawida Sub-location, on 12th March, 2008. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Wanjala Maghanjo and (2) Angela Kulola Mghana, both of P.O. Box 86, Ng'ambwa in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangala Maghanjo alias Nyangala Maganjo, late of Taita Taveta, who died at Mwashuma, on 1st September, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
