Box 102-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkertich amp Chepyegon alias of Kipkertich Chepyegon, who died at Emining, on 15th October, 1984. CAusE No. 17 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Bunei Legogo and (2) Eric Kisolo Bunei, both of P.O. Box 145, Mugotio in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibunei amp Legogo, who died at Ndanai, on 22nd May, 2016. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Jena° Rotich and (2) Furaha Athuman Kisakeni, both of P.O. Box 22-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkoech Clheruiyot, who died at Tugumoi, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
