TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 362 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Otieno Ochanda and (2) Philip Atogo, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clementina Aremo Ochanda, who died on 29th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2022 By (1) Fredrick O'Obiero, (2) Leonard Aloo Odhuongo and (3) Joshine Odhuongo, all of P.O. Box 57-40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhuongo alias John Odhuongo Casmil Aloo, who died at Ambira Sub-location, on 14th February, 2021. Box 22, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Odipo Okoyo alias Alfred Odipo, who died at Yiro Sub-location, on 6th March, 1986. CAUSE No. E257 OF 2022 By Betty Akelo Ahenda, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Alieth alias Regina Alieth Adongo, who died on 15th October, 1975. CAUSE No. E259 of 2022 By (1) Nicholas Rapala Ogunde and (2) Beatrice Awino Odhiambo, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonardus Ogunde Rapala alias Leonadus Ogunde alias Ogunde Rapala, who died on 11th February, 1994. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
