TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2022 By (1) Juda Nzalu Kyalo and (2) Manasseh Steve Mukula, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzalu Kyalo Mbai alias Peter Nzalu Kyalo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2009. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2022 By (1) Benson Munywoki Mutiso, (2) Joel Nthele Mutiso, (3) David Makau Mutiso and (4) Francis Mutiso Nguku, all of P.O. Box 1-90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzula Mutiso Nguku, late of Mukuku, who died there on 25th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
