TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Musyimi, (2) Liz Kithumba Muthui, (3) Esther Muthakye Kimwele and (4) Ndanu Mutua, all of P.O. Box 109-90401, Kyuso in Kenya, the deceased's son, daughters and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyimi Kusikira, who died at Gai Sub-location, on 26th August, 2018. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Mwende Mwendwa and (2) Paul David Mwendwa, both of P.O. Box 1-90401, Kyuso in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwendwa Kilingu, who died at Gai Sub-location, on 28th July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
