CAUSE No. 158 OF 2022 By (1) Koti Makau, (2) Joseph Muinde Makau, (3) Philip Mwangangi Makau, (4) Willy Kimeu Makau and (5) Mutua Makau, all of P.O. Box 16, Kithyoko in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Kinyenze, who died on 21st September, 2021.
