TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 173 OF 2022 CAUSE No. E127 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Kithinji M'Marete, (2) Rachel Kaari Marete and (3) Evangeline Kathure Marete, the deceased's son and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Marete M'Mukui, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2018. CAUSE No. E130 OF 2022 By Nanice Karegi Kiruja, of P.O. Box 374, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ibere Kiboko alias Rimbere Kiboko, who died at Gatuune Sub-location, on 23rd March, 1970. CAUSE No. E133 OF 2022 By Rucy Karambu M'Muga, of P.O. Box 456, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Muga Kururu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2022 By Kenneth Kimathi Riungu, of P.O. Box 24, Kanyakine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert R. J. Murumia, who died at Ntharene, on 31st October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
