TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E173 OF 2022 By Jeniffer Kanyua Kibara, of P.O. Box 47, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kibara M'Minyori, late of Amugaa, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2017. CAUSE No. E176 OF 2022 By Morris Ntoruru, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Nchebere M'Muithea, late of Athuana, who died there on 23rd January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
