TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2021 By (1) Filida Moraa Chesamput and (2) Joel Lemiso Chesamput, both of P.O. Box 76, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipirir ole Chesamput alias Chesaput ole Kipirir, who died at Oloiborsoito, on 13th August, 2009. CAUSE No. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Montesta Shuente and (2) Ann Naitira Nawapa, both of P.O. Box 76, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaita ole Shuente alias Kaita Shuente, who died at Nkararo, on 7th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
