TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E206 OF 2022 By Elena Anyanga Wemali, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wemali Ashuma Wemali alias Wemali Washuma, who died at Shibembe, on 4th February, 2009. CAUSE No. E207 OF 2022 By Arthur Liboyi Alubili, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Alubiri Lanya alias Alubiri Lanya, who died at Emutsasa, on 30th January, 2017. CAUSE No. E209 OF 2022 By Aggrey Mukoya Ivalovicch, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pilasio Mapesa Omusakhulu alias Blashio Mapesa, who died at Mulwand, on 1 1 th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
