TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E34 OF 2022 By Eunice Wanjiku Maina, of P.O. Box 64, Kerugoya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftaly Ngari Wanjohi alias Naftali Ngari Wanjohi, who died at Kagio Nursing Home, on 23rd January, 2003. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2022 By Collins Mbugua Ng'ang'a, of P.O. Box 21418-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nganga Mbogua, who died at Kiserian, on 14th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
