TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E253 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Wangui Mbugua, (2) Edith Ng'endo Karanja and (3) John Mwaura Kiahugu, all of P.O. Box 40-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, granddaughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Gicaru, who died on 3rd June, 1977. CAUSE No. E276 OF 2022 By (I) Grace Wairimu Njoroge and (2) Joel Ngotho Wangui, both of P.O. Box 41023-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wangui, who died on 25th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E277 OF 2022 By Peninah Wanjiku Mungai, of P.O. Box 124-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Njoroge, who died on 14th January, 2014. CAUSE No. E285 OF 2022 By Eliud Kionywe Kigathi, of P.O. Box 846-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Nyakio Kigathi, who died on 5th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
