TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E144 OF 2022 By Philip Kiriba Kingora, of P.O. Box 366, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingora Kiriba, who died on 1st January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2022 By (1) Dorcas Wangari Chege, (2) Peter Gatui Kariuki and (3) John Mwangi Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 153, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Chege Gatui, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2017. CAUSE No. E143 OF 2022 By Cesiriah Wangeci Kiragu, of P.O. Box 68, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiragu Kimani, who died at Kiarathe, on 13th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
