Box 1, Kabiyet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipsang Bett alias Kipsang arap Bet, late of Kabisaga who died on 24th February, 2009. CAUSE No. E172 OF 2022 By (1) Gilbert Kiplagat arap Lesan and (2) Nelson Kipkemboi Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 299, Nandi Hills, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Cherotich Chepkwony, late of Sinendet, who died on 16th July, 2010. CAUSE No. E178 OF 2022 By Pius Telekei Tanui of P.O. Box 894, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei arap Rono, late of Kiptuiya, who died on 27th August, 1976. CAUSE No. E191 OF 2022 By Hellen Jepkoech Serem, of P.O. Box 392-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Jebosio Tanui, late of Nandi, who died on 19th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
