TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 124 OF 2022 By Martin Simiyu Khaoya, of P.O. Box 855-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Khaoya Opicho, who died at North Nalondo, on 23rd September, 2017. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2022 By Carolyne Vugutsa Olusala, of P.O. Box 77, Moi's Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Fari Ichechi, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
