TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E270 OF 2021 By John Muli Kalindu, of P.O. Box 252-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalindu Vulu alias Kalindu Vuli, who died at Kitui, on 1st January, 1991. CAUSE No. E298 OF 2022 By Onesmus Kioko Moki, of P.O. Box 24-90204, Kisasi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzembi Moki, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 5th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
