TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E600 OF 2022 By Mukula Mbuku, of P.O. Box 5, Kitise in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuku Kilonzo Kilinguli, who died on 1st July, 2004. CAUSE No. E613 OF 2022 By (1) Nzaumi Muinde Kaloki and (2) Joseph Mutua Munyao, both of P.O. Box 247-90300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muinde Kaloki Ndunda, who died on 17th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
