TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. 425 OF 2022 By (1) Paul Kamau Kariuki, (2) Samson Mburu Kariuki and (3) John Mundia Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 3, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Liwero Kariuki Gitiro, late of Kaimbaga Location, who died at District Hospital, 01 Kalou in Kenya, on 25th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
