TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E323 OF 2022 By Peter Karumba Ngaari, of P.O. Box 179-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngaari Karumba, late of Karuri, who died there on 10th November, 2003. CAUSE No. E494 OF 2022 By James Kamau Njino, of P.O. Box 32-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gathura Njino, late of Riabai, who died there on 29th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
