TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Maimuna Kijala Makombo, (2) Hassan Kiwoi Juma and (3) Vumilya Juma Makomba, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Makomba Ali, who died at Voi, on 25th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Alwi Mohsen Alwi, of P.O. Box 1147–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohsen Alwi Mohamed, who died at Mombasa, on 7th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
