TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2021 By Teresia Matinde Karikari, of P.O. Box 1–40413, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kaarakaria Wambura alias Kaarakaria Wambura, who died at Nyamotambe Sub-location, on 7th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2022 By Rioba Magaiwa Nyarosahi, of P.O. Box 751, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Magaiwa Nyarosahi alias Magaiwa Nyarosai, who died on 10th August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
