TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By Wesley Kipsigei Soi, of P.O. Box 57, Sotik, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Misoi, who died at Kinyelwet, on 20th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2022 By (1) Wilson Kiprono Langat and (2) Recho Cherotich Sitonik, both of P.O. Box 125–20210, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Sitonik, who died at Kapkoros, on 10th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
