TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 213 OF 2022 By (1) Rowlands Oduor Ambalo and (2) Joyce Achieng Ofuma, the deceased’s brother and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Atieno alias Josphine Atieno Ambalo, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2022 By Bernard Owino Ochieng, of P.O. Box 38, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obiero Ochieng, who died at Tingare East, on 15th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. 247 OF 2022 By Bernard Owino Ochieng, of P.O. Box 38, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s step-grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koko Ochieng alias Alfred Koko Ochieng, who died at Tingare East, on 31st December, 1985. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
