E60 OF 2022 By Peter Wanyonyi Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sudi Lubisia, who died at Kibingei, on 22nd November, 1993. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By Wycliffe Nalianya Makokha, of P.O. Box 1, Kaptama in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Makokha Mafuta, who died at Tongaren, on 27th February, 1995.
