Box 1–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mainga Mukuu, who died at Makueni, on 2nd August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By James Munguti Kasilu, of P.O. Box 2149–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kisilu Masengi alias Kasilo Maseki, who died at Maiani, on 23rd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2022 By Beatrice Matheka, of P.O. Box 24, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Matheka Muia, who died at Kilungu S.C.H., on 31st May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
