Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ndegwa Mutubi alias Ndegwa Mutubi, late of Kitheo, who died there on 1st January, 1989. CAUSE NO. 186 OF 2022 By Anna Kanyua Thuranira, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Thuranira M’Ipwi, late of Mikinduri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2018.
