Box 21686– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shadrack Kiplangat Koros, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shadrack Kiplangat Koros, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shad Langat Koros, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shad Langat Koros only.
