TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Arukudi Ekutan and (2) Jacinta Akamais Ekutan, both of P.O. Box 1–30500, Kalokol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alibredas Ekutan Amutunyang, who died at Kalokol, on 27th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By (1) Lopai Mary Nakwakel and (2) Mojong Lokwawi Gladys, both of P.O. Box 484–30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Lokur alias Johnstone Etiir Lokur, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
