TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 392 OF 2022 By (1) Collins Odhiambo Odimas, (2) Maureen Akoth Oduor and (3) Mercy Awuor Oduor, all of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maricus Oduor Nyangor, who died at Kakum Kombewa Sub-location, on 28th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 393 OF 2022 By Jackline Auma Okoth, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ouma Omollo alias Paul Ouma Omolo, who died at Kakum Kombewa Sub-location, on 28th September, 1991. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
