E36 OF 2022 By (1) Judith Achieng Elkana, (2) Rose Bunyali Aboka and (3) Anne Moira Ashibende, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lenah Migaye Ashibende, who died at Kakamega County General Hospital in Kenya in 2019. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2022 By (1) Judith Achieng Elkana, (2) Rose Bunyali Aboka and (3) Anne Moira Ashibende, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Khawera Ashibende, who died on 21st May, 2019. E182 OF 2022 By Francis Odera Ajuogah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carlos Ajuogah Odera alias Achwoga Odera, who died at Eshisiru, on 17th December, 1991. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2022 By (1) Wesanza Jaffery Andayi and (2) Asman Wesanza Andayi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andayi Okaani Mabango, who died at Lunza in 1980.
