TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2021 By (1) Irene Mwende Wete and (2) Lynn Nelima Wete, both of P.O. Box 896–00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wete Ndunge, who died at Kajiado, on 17th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Naserian Musa and (2) Stephen Siamito Lankas, both of P.O. Box 7808–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Musa ole Sabati alias Musa ole Sapat, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
