E129 OF 2022 By John Kimotho Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Mutua, who died at Kiambuthia, on 16th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2022 By (1) Virginiah Njeri Churu, (2) Daniel Gachiri Churu and (3) Ruth Mbaire Churu, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Churu Machau alias Churu Machau, who died at Ichichi Sub-location, on 7th January, 1998.
