TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2022 By Milka Jepkemboi Maritim, of P.O. Box 160, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Maritim Sirorey, who died at Moi’s Bridge, on 25th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2022 By (1) Leah Nanyama Makokha and (2) Dinah Nakhanu Makokha, both of P.O. Box 163–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rasoah Namisi Makokha, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Coast in Kenya, on 24th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
