TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2017 By Joseph Thitura, of P.O. 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Twirandu M’Tharamba, who died at Nairiri, on 24th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2022 By Purity Kagendo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Mwari M’Nguthari alias Sabina Mwari, who died at Kangeta Sub-location, on 7th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2022 By Paulina Kanjira Kangentu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kangentu, who died at Auki Sub-location, on 17th February, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
