TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2022 By Judith Achieng Omuony, of P.O. Box 517, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Odero Oricho, who died at Edenvale, South Africa, on 10th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E660 OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Odemba Ondiek and (2) Charles Onyango Ondiek, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ondiek Okech alias Ondiek Okech, who died at Kinyasaga, on 15th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
