TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1008 OF 2021 By (1) Jacinter Adhiambo Onyango and (2) Walter Seda Nyabienya, both of P.O. Box 12, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and stepbrother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omeno Odero alias Omeno Odero, who died on 6th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2022 By Samson Ouma Odera, of P.O. Box 53, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Awiti Ongala alias Awiti Ongala, who died on 5th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E541 OF 2022 By Thadius Ojuok Obongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Deya Nyambusi, who died on 10th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E558 OF 2022 By John Martin Ochieng Obala, of P.O. Box 27–40131, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Otok alias Absalom Abala alias Absalom Obala Otok alias Absalom Otok, who died at West Kolunje Sub-location, on 2nd February, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
