TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2022 By Rupen Dullabh Chauhan, the executor of the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Mrs. Jayaben w–o Dullabh Gandalal Chouhan, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2022 By (1) Viulance Kighenda Warombo and (2) Sarah Mwanyumba Kambale, both of P.O. Box 84034–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kambale Mwanyumba alias Robert K. Mwanyumba, who died at Kilindini, on 19th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
