Box 1535–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Njoroge Kiru, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Kibet arap Korir and (2) Chepkosgei Chemase, both of P.O. Box 70, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Kipkorir arap Chemase, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2021.
